BADASS WARRIOR WOMEN: Living Legends Series

This ring is inspired by my dearest friend and BADASS boss lady of Courtesy of the Artist.... Nina Cueva!

Nina is the most hard working woman I have EVER met. I am beyond grateful to work with such a kind hearted and generous woman who's made it her life’s mission to support and lift the 'artist'. Nina gave me a very unique opportunity to design my own jewellery, (after 20 years of being ignored and creatively shoved aside) where my work is now being internationally recognised.

This ring is like her in EVERY WAY, because she is a pocket rocket....beautifully coloured and FIERCE!

Parti sapphire (3.61ct) from Rubyvale, QLD set in 18k yellow and rose gold.

NAI

NAI is inspired by my friend, Melbourne artist, singer and songwriter ....Nai Palm. (Hiatus Kaiyote) Nai has inspired many of my jewellery creations, but this ring in particular was born out of her recent struggles with breast cancer. The 'olive green' and 'fiery orange' represent the perfect balance of Nai's strength and fragility. She is also a SUPER BADASS because after her single masectomy, Nai refused to have a silicon breast implanted and wears her chest proudly as the WARRIOR that she is... with her very physical battle scars!

Olive green sapphire (4.96ct) and deep orange zircon (1.46ct) both from Central Queensland, set in 18k white, yellow and rose gold.
